Unit Description:

Sodexo is seeking an Environmental Services / Housekeeping Manager 1 for Women and Children's Hospital located in Buffalo, New York which is a 260 bed acute care facility. In this role you will be responsible for the following (including but not limited to) quality assurance inspections, staff training, payroll, scheduling, rounding, patient / customer satisfaction, and safety audits. This is a 2nd. shift position with some required rotational weekends and holidays. This position reports directly to General Manager on-site. Come join a winning team with Sodexo!

Position Summary:
Supervises hourly staff providing custodial services to clients. Responsible for work force planning, QA training and administrative functions for designated area. May report to GM in smaller accounts or to Ops Manager in larger accounts or to another manager level.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Basic Education Requirement - High School Diploma or GED

Sodexo will require a background check and may require a drug screen for this position.
