Unit Description:

Sodexo Is seeking an Environmental Services / Housekeeping Manager 1 for Schuylkill Health System located in Pottsville, Pennsylvania. In this role you will be responsible for the following (including but not limited) quality assurance inspections, staff training, payroll, scheduling, rounding, patient / customer satisfaction, and safety audits. This is a 2nd shift position with some required rotational weekends and holidays. Come join a winning team with Sodexo!

Position Summary:
Supervises hourly staff providing custodial services to clients. Responsible for work force planning, QA training and administrative functions for designated area. May report to GM in smaller accounts or to Ops Manager in larger accounts or to another manager level.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Basic Education Requirement - High School Diploma or GED

Sodexo will require a background check and may require a drug screen for this position.
